Instructions
Toast the Bagel: Begin by toasting your bagel until golden brown.
Cook the Bacon: In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy and fully cooked.
Assemble: Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the toasted bagel. Layer on slices of tomato, red onion, bacon, and curled endive. Close your bagel sandwich and enjoy!
Never keep your tomatoes in the fridge!! That takes all the flavour out of them. Keep them on the counter, stem side down, ideally by a window ledge for ultimate flavour.
