The Ultimate Bagel BLT

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2 bagels, everything seasoning

  • mayonnaise

  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 6 slices bacon

  • 1 big handful of curled endive (or lettuce of your choice)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast the Bagel: Begin by toasting your bagel until golden brown.

  2. Cook the Bacon: In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy and fully cooked.

  3. Assemble: Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the toasted bagel. Layer on slices of tomato, red onion, bacon, and curled endive. Close your bagel sandwich and enjoy!
