Smoked Salmon Everything Bagels

Makes 2 bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 everything seasoning bagels sliced and toasted
  • ~1/3 cup cream cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon plus extra for serving
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives minced
  • Smoked salmon
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh dill
  • Capers

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, and minced chives until smooth and creamy. Spread generously over each toasted everything bagel.
  • Top with smoked salmon, slices of red onion, fresh dill, and capers. Finish with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
  • If you want a lighter, fluffier cream cheese, add 1 tbsp of cream and beat for about a minute until you reach desired consistency.
