My Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 4 large free range eggs

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup old cheddar

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • flaked salt

  • fresh cracked pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, and mustard. Season with salt to taste.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.

  3. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with pepper, and serve warm.
